Cobblestones Cottage
This single storey cottage is centrally located in Grassington village in the quiet backwater of Broughton Fold. This is just off the Square and is very convenient for all village amenities, shops and restaurants.
The accommodation consists of :
- A spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen and sitting room with comfortable chairs, dining table, Smart TV with free WiFi, DVD Player and gas fire
- Double bedroom with standard sized bed (6.5ft x 5ft) & bedroom fitments including hairdryer.
- Modern bathroom with electric shower above bath
- Small garden with seating
- Private car parking space
- Selection of books and DVDs available.
The centrally heated cottage is fully furnished with bed linen, towels and tea towels.
We are happy to accept one well behaved dog by prior arrangement at a rate of £25 per stay.
We aim to have the cottage ready by 1p.m. on the date of your arrival and we respectfully request guests to vacate by 10a.m. on departure date to allow change over to take place.
Smoking is not permitted inside Cobblestones Cottage.
Tariff 2026
The cottage is available on a weekly rate from April to October.
Long weekends and mid week breaks are available during the winter months November to March (2026/7) excluding Xmas, New Year and Easter, with a minimum stay of three nights.
Weekly rates for Cobblestones Cottage are as follows:-
